LOVED the quaint decor and friendly staff. the garden was even better in person. Definitely coming back! Some rooms are smaller than they seem in photos.

I had a really nice experience here, everything was amazing, the location was marvellous just next door to nature, Da Lat and the airport. The staff and the owner were all exceptionally nice and amicable. The bed in my a nice size room was good. It was nice to have a lovely balcony and enough facilities.

We truly appreciated every detail of our lovely four-night stay here. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the setting is absolutely marvelous, with easy access to the nearby Barbican House, which added to the overall experience.

Staying at Hem 48, I enjoyed the cozy balcony and the incredibly comfortable bed. the owner’s dedication was evident in the homely ambiance. Despite some water seepage and mold in the bathroom, the overall experience was pleasant. the location was great, with friendly staff and a beautiful garden view. I'd recommend this hotel.
